How Do I Contact Magicjack Regarding Call Waiting Services?

Since I switched to MagicJack my call waiting no longer works and I get two beeps that come in several times when I'm on another phone call. I there a live person I can speak with?

magicJack's customer support is for the most part magically lacking. The phone number of 561-594-9925 is for billing matters only, and seeking either that phone help or chat help (at www.magicjack.com/techchat) will likely prove a waste of your time.(Sorry.)

magicJack supports both caller ID and call waiting. However, your magicJack may not work properly, or at all [partial list]:

if your magicJack is not running,
if it's not properly secured,
if the phone cord is not secured or is broken,
if you're not connected to the Internet at a sufficiently high speed,
if without a powered USB hub several phones are used to generate power from a USB port,
or if your magicJack device is defective.

You may wish to try these instructions. You can also reset the device, as explained here. Or consider "Running MagicJack as System" as outlined here.
