Unfortunately, MagicJack is not very good about refunding overpayments like this.

You may reach magicJack by writing:

    West Palm Beach, FL 33405

You can also try phoning them, at 281-404-1551 or 561-594-2140.

You can also dispute the second charge with your credit/debit card provider, and may yeild better results this way. Best of luck to you.
