Renewed Subscription Phone Still Not Activated-510-423-5082, Pls Help!
Please activate my magic jack, renewed subscription last saturday, oct. 30th, payment went thru but phone still not working.

Does your magicJack softphone read "Ready to Call"?
If YES:
- On your magicJack softphone:
- Click "Menu"
- Select "Volume/Headset Control"
- Choose and "Check Off" Your Device:
"Telephone" OR "Headset/Other"
If that does not work:
- Unplug your telephone from your magicJack BUT leave your magicJack connected to the computer.
- Place a test call using the magicJack softphone.
- If the call goes through, please try using a different phone with your magicJack.
If your magicJack softphone does not read "Ready to Call" please contact our online live chat.
