I thought I renewed my subscription but instead I received another magicjack which i don't need and my subscription is still outstanding - Please help!

You certainly should not have to keep a product you didn't order. magicJack facilitates return of its devices if within 30 days, but does require you to pay for return shipping. You can attempr to reach the company [see below], but its customer support is practically nonexistent.

To return your magicJack, go to http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html.

You may reach magicJack by writing:

    West Palm Beach, FL 33405

You can also try phoning them, at 281-404-1551 or 561-594-2140.

If necessary, you can complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221.

To renew your original subscription, gIo to my.magicjack.com, click the My Subscriptions tab, and then under RENEWAL click Details. Then click One Year License or Five year License, and follow the instructions
