Upgrade Service

I am able to call the U.S. from Costa Rica, but when I am in Panama I am unable to call Costa Rica. Heard there is an upgrade that will allow me to call Costa Rica when I am in Panama.

To run the upgrade:

Plug your magicJack in and click here to run the upgrade.
On the dialogue that appears, click run.

Make sure that the magicJack is plugged in while you are running the upgrade.
