Doesn't Matter What Jack I Plug It Into, Line Is Fuzzy & Cuts In And Out.

My magicJack isn't working properly, the line is very fuzzy and cuts in and out when I try to use it, and sometimes cuts off completely.  It doesn't matter where I plug it into.

It could be either the internet connection in your home or the computer is a little glitchy. Try it with the same computer at another location and if that isn't different - a different computer in the same location so you can isolate what is causing the problem. If it is your internet connection, you may be able to fix it with a special router (QoS) that will allow voice packets to go first. If it is your computer (probably not) you may need to make it faster - removing junk or rebuilding the operating system. All internet phones can have sound quality issues like this
