As magicJack's customer service is almost nonexistent, I fear that Kerv's suggestion will be of little if any help to you (as you may have already discovered). Unfortunately, neither of us can give you a direct answer as you attempted without success to squeeze your entire question into the title portion.

My suggestion is to turn first to magicJack's help pages, and then if necessary (although it's tough sledding) to its Terms of Service.
