Renewed Magic Jack Subscription

I have used magic for a year and i really did enjoy the service. however my service has expired and. I try to renew it again again for 5 years and it is not working. My # is 786-469-8209 i used my mastercard for the purchase, all i got back is a magic jack order # which is TS13039200. What should i do now to get back my service?

Your magicJack should work immediately upon renewal.

Your first step should be to click here to log in to your magicJack account, and then click the "My Subscriptions" tab.

If what you see doesn't satisfy you, you may reach magicJack by writing:

You can try phoning them, at 281-404-1551 or 561-594-2140. You can also dispute the charge with your credit card provider or complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221.
