Ai Have This Problem With My Call To This Number Whenever I Dial

whelnever I dial this lnumber I keep getting the message that that number must have placed a call to me before I can use that number. In fact that number has called me many times before so I cant understand why she should have to call me every tilme I want to speak to her. What is the problem?

This is not an issue with your magicJack but with a call screening system this person uses. I suggest you discuss it with her.
