Your question is confusing. Were you told to communicate with magicJack or with Google?

For issues relating to your Internet connection, phone your Internet Service provider.

magicJack's customer support is for the most part magically lacking. You can try phoning them, at 561-594-9925. You may also reach magicJack by writing:

Google support is also feeble at best. You'll probably need to find the appropriate help section, which may offer you a canned question to send.
