Connection Problems,wireless And Wired

good day. a week ago my connection with the internet using wired is on and off means,sometimes i have connections and sometimes none and it says that my netbook cannot detect the dns server.with regards to my wireless connection it says that my netbook cannot find the router access.

You cannot connect to the network wired or wirelessly because the LAN driver software may not be installed in your computer system. You can fix this issue by installing the LAN drivers of your computer. These are the download links provided by MIS Global website.
