My Built In Microphone Isnt Turned On

i have a Msi U180 with a built in microphone but it isnt turned on and doesnt show up on the audio/recording devices panel

Greetings - This may be so if you are using a generic sound driver. Otherwise, you may have to enable it from the Bios (as it may be disabled there).

You have to go to control panel the sound setting,thats where you will find the mic option and turn it on
