What Is Location Of Engine Coolant Sensor On 1998 Lincoln Continental?

I have a 1998 Lincoln Continental and I was wondering where the engine coolant sensor is located? It stalls when sitting at a light or stop sign. It was connected to a diagnostic tool and that was the result. I need too replace it, but not sure where it is located. Thank You!
