Sudden And Rapid Acceleration Of 2006 Lexus 430ls While Turning Caused Accident

My mother was jsut involved in an accident with her 2006 lexus 430ls whiel she was turning the car accelerated itself during the curve hit two parked cars and finally stopped atop a motorcycle. Any ideas as to the cause???
