Can I Use A Lexmark 5470 With Windows 8

I recently purchased a new ps with windows 8 and trying to set it up lexmark 5470 is this possible thanks

Based on my research, it is not possible to use your Lexmark X5470 printer to your Windows 8 computer because there is no available driver software for this Operating System. The available drivers are compatible wth Windows Vista, Windows XP and Windows 2000 Operating Systems. You can download it here:
