Not Printing Colors
My ink levels all say 1% used but yet it will only print a faded black font. I've tried cleaning and deep cleaning twice. Any suggestions? Thanks Rita Holloway

There is a firmware update available for your printer. We highly recommend that you install these updates. Click the link below to download. Please make sure the USB cord is plugged in from the printer directly to your computer when updating.

After successfully updating your printer, run the Deep Clean Printhead function on your printer.
For non-touch screen printers: Press the Setup button > Maintenance > Deep Clean Printhead.
