Please follow the reset instruction which will erase all the stored files and other things in the printer:

Note : It would be like a newly brought set, In case if you want to back up ... please do so...

How do I reset my Lexmark printer to factory settings?

From your printer menu's home screen, select Settings and press the OK button.

Select General Settings and press the OK button.

Select Factory Defaults and press the OK.

Select Restore Now.

Press OK.
