My Lexmark Ms310dn Is Blinking Load Paper Sign When It Has Lots Of Paper Loaded.

my lexmark ms310dn is blinking load paper sign when it has lots of paper loaded.i tryed to replace the paper carrier. blowed the sensor area. but makes no difference. any other solutions??

It sounds like the paper detect sensor isn't seeing the paper. You already tried cleaning the sensor, so it could be defective. The service manual should show you how to replace it. You can see the service manual here:

Hi there, thank you for posting your query to Helpowl. I would be happy if my answer solves your problem.

In most cases, paper guides not properly set on the tray this will cause paper feed issues.

Also, make sure paper lays flat on the tray. You can remove the pick tires and flip it inside out, reinstall.

If you're still getting the same problem after doing the suggested steps above, I would suggest you contact Lexmark Technical Support or refer the manual.
