How To Double Side Print
I am trying to print in word with the C544 printer and do not see the option for double sided printing. How do I get it. The same thing happens when I use adobe reader.

Print a Menu Settings page and check for DUPLEX under Device Information > Installed Features. (The embedded web server path is Reports > Device Settings > Device Information > Installed Features.)
If DUPLEX does not appear as an installed option, consider the following possible reasons:
-The duplex drawer or tray is not properly connected to the printer.
-Try reseating the printer onto the duplex option so that the duplex option's upper auto-connect connector is properly aligned with the printer's bottom auto-connect connector.
On the printer driver, right click and go to properties>installed options>duplex options and apply.
