Charging The Unit

brand new from xmass, I've been charging the unit for 42 hrs. from the wall charger, started at 5% charge is now at 84%, is this normal or should I take it back to best buy.

The best solution for this charging problem is by following these steps.

1. Empty the battery charge of your laptop until it reaches into 0%

2. Remove and place the battery again

3. Charge the battery using its ORIGINAL charger or power adapter

4. Do not use the laptop while the battery is charging

5. Charge the batter up to 100% before you use it.
