Lenovo Ideatab A2107a-f Won't Charge

I'd like to ask you to press and Hold on the power for about 5 seconds and then try to turn on the tablet again. No success, try to press on the power and the Volume up and down buttons at the same time for about 1 second and check if there’s any vibration and lids coming on,If still the same no power I’d like to provide you with the contact details for the service support:1800 041 267 Support & downloads.
