Does My Lenovo Idea Center Q190 Desktop Have Integrated Speakers?

I have the IdeaCenter Q190 desktop, with Windows 8, 64-bit. I use Firefox v.26 most of the time, sometimes IE. When I use external earphones, I can hear sound. But, without headphones, no sound comes from the desktop. Do I have to buy external speakers in order to hear sound without headphones? Many thanks to anyone who knows the answers to this question. Dr. Stan
