My Wireless Connectivity Dropped Out Suddenly... I Have Tried Everything!!

I cant connect to the internet via wireless connection. I have tried the switch in the front... In the control panel under networks there is no wireless capability. My system is saying wlan autoconfig doesn't exist. Not sure if its a driver issue but there are no options in the control panel I haven't explored. HELP!!
