The first step is to make sure your wireless function is enabled. According to page 31 of the hardware maintenance manual, pressing <Fn> and <F5> allows you to turn the wireless function on or off, or open the wireless interface. After you've enabled the wireless interface, how to connect will depend on your particular wireless network, but in general you'll need to select the network from your wireless settings and enter the network's password or passphrase to connect.
