Headphones Not Working
I have been trying to plug my headphones into my phone to watch YouTube but they won't work. My daughter was using them earlier today and they were fine but now i can get any headphones to work. I tried 3 different pairs. Anyone have any ideas as to what it could be?

Hi,
this is a known issue with this device . To troubleshoot this issue you will need to isolate the issue which it does sound like you have done by testing 3 different headphones.
being that 3 different headphones are not working it would appear the issue is the jack. determine if the LG device is recognizing the headphones being plugged in : you should see "earpiece symbol" show on the phone.
- temporarily just put your headset in and then in a sudden thrust pull it out that should do the trick of pulling out your headphone jack
