I Forgot My Virgin Mobile Vm670 Password I Cant Unlock It

Greetings. If you remember the Gmail email address you used, then try and enter everything before the "@" symbol as your user name (eg. If your email address is [email protected] then only enter "name") and enter "null" as your password and try and observe.
A proven easy fix is to hard reset the device (using this method will erase all user data and apps).
