How do I download pictures & videos from my 'new LG A340 phone' to my home desktop computer.

The 2 easiest ways to get your pictures and/or videos from your cellular phone to your computer is:
a) Use the "share media" option on your phone to email them to your self. Then you can go to your email on your computer and save it onto your computer's hard drive, flash drive or Burn onto a CD.
b) Use a data cable to link your phone to the computer. (The cable comes with one end to plug into your phone's charger and the other one to plug into a USB port). Once you link your phone to the computer's USB Port, your computer will take a minute to recognize the device before allowing you to download items from the phone onto your computer.
