From the main screen, tap the "Messaging" icon.
Tap the field where it reads "Create New Message," then tap the screen until the keyboard appears. Enter the message you wish to send and tap "OK."
Tap "Send To."
Tap "Enter Number" and enter the mobile number of the person you wish to send a message to. Once you're done, tap "Add."
Note: To send a message to a contact, tap the name of the contact so that the check mark next to the contact's name turns red.
Tap "Send."
To return to the main screen, press the HOME key.
