Lg Motion Cell Phone Wont Dial Out Only In Coming Calls

Hello check the call barring status of the phone for outgoing calls, if it is ok, then try a factory reset

From the home screen, press the OK/MENU key with the HOME tab highlighted.

Scroll to Settings and press the OK/MENU key.

Scroll to More and press the OK/MENU key.

Scroll to Security and press the OK/MENU key.

Enter the Lock Code for the handset.

Note: The default Lock Code is the last 4 digits of the handset mobile number.

Scroll to Delete/Reset and press the OK/MENU key.

Scroll to Reset Phone and press the OK/MENU key.

Read the Notice and press the OK/MENU key.

Press YES.

Note: This will delete all settings and information on the handset. Back up any important information before proceeding.
