My Verizon Lg Zone Saying Error 97 When I Try To Text.. Y?

It is recommended with error code 97 (usually occurs when sending texts) that you turn off your phone and take the battery out for two minutes. Then you put it back in and turn the phone back on to see if you can text properly.

the error code 97comes from an outage in your area in terms of the network. This issue has nothing to do with your phoneat all but instead the network
