Clean Filter Error Message

I cleaned the lint trap out which i do all the time, and we even vaccumed it out to make sure no lint was trapped.  I unplugged the dryer let it sit for a min then plugged back in. The clean filter error light is still showing. It took 3 cycles to dry my clothes how do i get rid of this error message.
