Sound Diminishing
Volume is all the way up but hard to hear conversation without speaker turned on.. time for a new phone?

Greetings - First ensure that the ear piece's sound vent is not blocked/clogged and thereby obstruct the sound. If the issue persist, try replacing the ear-piece itself.
