There are various options to try to get a base for your tv.
Firstly you can contact LG customer service and ask them if the have a base specifically designed for your tv model
Secondly, search for third party manufacturers who makes universal tv base that are compatible with wide variety of tv models.. You can search on buybest, Walmart and Amazon
Thirdly, you could consider creating a custom tv base by hiring a carpenter or a handy man to create a base that best suits your tv.
