On A Kyocera Taskalfa 4500i How Do You See How Many Copies Each User Has Used?

I have assigned a user number to each person using this copier and want to print a report to see how many copies each them have made. I know I log in and go to system menu.

Press the 'Counter' button (upper left of the operations panel). Display will change to the counter display. The meter reading is in the "Total" row and "Total" column (be sure not to get the total "Scanned Pages"). Press "Close" to return to the main screen. I can find no process for a breakdown by each user, sorry.

Press the System Menu key

go to User Login/Job Accounting

Log into using your login name and password

go to Job Accounting setting--next

Print accounting report.

This give you an account.report and will break it into how many copies each account ID has made since you last reset it.
