Taskalfa 3500i Won't Print
We've been using a TASKalfa 3500i for some time and used it only for faxing and copying. We decided to also use it as a backup printer so we downloaded the printer driver from your website ("Classic Univeral Driver), installed it, but it only generates "An error has occured with a print job" message on the 3500i's display. Logging into the unit showed no reason why it wouldn't print. The unit is under a service contract, but before calling a technician, is there anything simple that might be the problem?
