Kyocera Ecosys Fs-c5150dn Doesn't Print M And Y Even With New Cartridges

My Ecosys FS-C5150DN printer prints both yellow and magenta very pale, even when new toner cartridges are installed. In the "color sample" test, the gray and blue bars are OK. The magenta bars are only visible halfway (horizontally) and are smeared. The yellow bars are overlaid in blue/yellow. During color registration, the magenta lines are almost invisible, the blue lines are OK and with the yellow lines you only see blue bars in which you can hardly see the yellow lines. The service functions DEV-CLN, LSU and Drum are not running (or I don't know how to enable them).
