How do I update the firmware on my Konica Minolta c364e?
expand the firmware and put it in the root of the thumb drive. install the thumb drive in the service usb port on back of machine. turn on machine. follow on screen prompts.
How do I update my Konica Minolta firmware?
In the administrator mode, select [Network] - [Machine Update Settings] - [Internet ISW Settings] - [Firmware Update Parameters], then configure the following settings. Displays the status of downloading a firmware. Clicking [Refresh] refreshes the status. Click this button to download firmware externally.
