Cannot Print Deletion Due To Error

I have a customer who has a Konica Minolta BIZHUB 308e, we have a good IP and have the correct universal driver for the printer. However, when attempting to print we receive in Job History "Deletion Due to Error." What is the fix for this issue?

Make sure that the cables are correctly connected.

If a hub is used, also check the connection with the hub.

Check the Main Power Switch of this machine.

If a hub is used, also check the hub power.

If the machine is placed into the ErP Auto Power Off mode, it cannot receive any jobs. Press the Power key to release the ErP Auto Power Off mode.
