There are a few troubleshooting options available for resolving your print issue on the Kodak's support website.
The following link will take you to Kodak's troubleshooting guide for your device:
ESP 5250 Color Quality Troubleshooter
Once there, select your printer to troubleshoot and follow the prompts.
If you reach the end of the troubleshooter without resolving the issue, an option to contact customer support for further assistance will be offered.
Please keep in mind, if the troubleshooter does not resolve this issue, you may need to either replace the print heads, or consider purchasing a new printer.
