Replacing The Rechargable Batteries

The rechargeable batteries no longer take a charge.I can't find a battery pack.I ordered same from ButteryFly.com but they sent the wrong pack and I have not heard from them in Can I but 2 Ni-Hi batteries in thecamera w/o the plastic part that holds them in place. thank-you
