Freezer Fan Keeps Running

KitchenAid side by side model KSRU25CRSS00 freezer fan keeps running. The refigerator side temp is 39 degrees F. and the freezer side temp is 13 degrees F. Both freezer and fridge are set to 4. The door seals are all good, and there is no dust on the coils.
