All Power Lost As Door Shuts

After setting cooking time, etc., when door closes, the unit looses all power. Sometimes after 2-5 minutes it will reboot itself or if door opened or closed freqently might restart... needs all parameters put back in then. Strangely enough if you stop the cooking before the expired time and open the door, you can restart the cooking for the remaining time set prior to opening the door... we just keep adding minutes when we remember...  What needs to be replaced?
