Not Heating Properly

Our microwave suddenly stopped heating on a consistent basis. It might take 5 minutes just to reheat a mug of coffee. The next time, it might work just fine. We tried to cook a bag of frozen vegetables according to the package directions which was approximately 5-6 minutes. When finished, the vegetables were barely even thawed out. Thank you for any help you can offer.
