Natural To Lp Conversion

There are only 4 LP color orifices included in the kit, why is that? The BTU's aren't the same and the HVAC person that was here to install got so frustrated that he left after spending hours trying to figure it out. It has five burners, not sure why there would only 4 LP orifices to switch? Any help would be appreciated.
