Microwave Stuck In Easy Connect Mode

we have had our combo Microwave/wall oven for over 2 years. Yesterday morning we used the easy convect on the microwave for the first time. Later in the day we used the reheat function and all worked fine. Today we can not use any of the modes other then the easy convect - no matter which button you press it only comes up in the "easy connect mode" in the display. We have tried to cancel numerous times but can't get even the reheat mode to work.
