My Kindle Won't Turn On

the kindle is fully charged and it won't tun on and does not light up when plugged in.

You can try doing a reset by sliding and holding the power switch for 20 seconds. If that doesn't work then I'm afraid your Kindle is dead. If it's still under warranty you can have Amazon replace it. You can call customer service at the number below.
