I Am Unable To Connect With The Kindle Store.
The last few days I have been unable to connect to the Kindle Store, I get this screen, Kindle Store encountered an unexpected error. Something went wrong.......... I have Wi-Fi connection. I was able to purchase a sample book. When I select the shopping cart the Kindle registers a connection but when I search it takes me to the screen just mentioned. Thank you, Barbara Skelton

You need to go to your Amazon website and when the main page comes up go to the bottom right of the page where the Kindle section is. Select the 'Manage my device' and then log-in to Amazon's secure server. You will then be able to check your details of your device and correct any that are not right. If that does not prove successful then you can re-register your device to obtain any books you have purchased.
