Keep Getting No Wifi Network Detected

I don't always want to work online, especially when using my bible in church. Yet every time I click on an area of the bible I get the message No WiFi network available. This is even though I shut off my Wifi before going to church. So what in the world am I doing wrong. I want to use the bible offline without getting any WiFi messages. Any ideas?
