Return Faulty Kindle
You have kindly sent me a replacement kindle as my original has gone faulty.
Can you please advise the procedure to return the original kindle to you. I had expected to find a returns label with replacement package, but there was nothing included.

Amazon would leave it to you to return it of your own volition. You should have a returns number if you reported your Kindle as faulty.
Amazon normally refund your credit card with the purchase price and you then re-oreder and pay again. It seems unusual to have received a replacement in advance. May be worth contacting them if you are concerned about being charged twice which would be the only possibility but unlikely.
