Faulty Kindle

my kindle is only two years old and it's no longer possible to read the screen. The kindle was looked after, has never been dropped and was housed in a leather case since day one.Question what redress do I have with kindle as I feel I have been sold a faulty product? If I buy a new kindle how do I transfer all my books across? Can I get a discount on a new kindle?

Unfortunately the Kindle is out of warranty so you won't get any sort of replacement or discount. If you purchase a new Kindle and register it to the same account, all your books will be automatically downloaded to it.
